Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Events by D. Please read our refund and cancellation policies carefully before making a purchase.

1. Concert & Public Event Ticket Sales

All ticket sales for concerts, public events, and entertainment shows are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credits, or alternative events under normal circumstances.

2. Event Rescheduling & Postponement (14-Day Limit)

If an event is postponed or rescheduled by the Event Organizer, your purchased ticket will automatically remain valid for the newly announced date.

* In accordance with our platform rules, if an event postponement exceeds fourteen (14) days from the originally scheduled date, the event will be officially classified as "Canceled."

3. Event Cancellation & Refunds

Full refunds will be issued to ticket holders only if an event is permanently canceled by the Event Organizer or postponed for more than 14 days without execution. Valid refunds will be automatically credited back to the original debit/credit card used during the transaction via the Bank of Ceylon gateway within 14 business days of the cancellation announcement.

4. Dispute & Chargeback Fraud

Any fraudulent card use or unauthorized chargeback attempts to bypass our refund policy will be reported directly to the Bank of Ceylon and relevant law enforcement authorities in Sri Lanka.

5. Private Events, Weddings, & Private Catering

Cancellation timelines, non-refundable booking deposits, and vendor cancellation fees for private planning services and catering bookings are governed strictly by your individual signed service contract, not this website policy.
