When you purchase a ticket for a public event, movie, concert, or drama, Events by D shares your name, email, and phone number with the specific independent Event Organizer responsible for that event. This data is shared strictly for event management, gate entry verification, and critical safety updates. Under our strict B2B agreements, Event Organizers are legally prohibited from selling, leasing, or sharing your data with third parties or using it for unsolicited marketing without your explicit opt-in consent.

We implement strict physical, digital, and managerial security measures to protect your personal data. We do not store credit or debit card numbers on our website servers; all payment data is encrypted and handled directly by the Bank of Ceylon's secure payment environment.
